2016 - Present

Spring is a small neighborhood restaurant where I have been exposed to intense culinary creativity by Chef Brian So and Sommelier Daniel Crawford. We have an ever-changing menu that is designed to be in harmony with seasonality and sustainability. The simple, delicious menu is composed with the best possible ingredients and I truly love the flavors as much as I enjoy photographing it.
